4 Personal Information.

AMGC respects your right to privacy and collects and manages personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its Privacy Policy which can be found at www.amgc.org.au


5 Subscription

You are required to register with AMGC in order to access and the Manufacturing Academy website. By registering, you automatically become a member of AMGC free of charge and are enrolled into AMGC Membership Program, which includes subscription to the AMGC mailing list. Any information collected will be handled in accordance with AMGC Privacy Policy.

If you do not wish to be an AMGC member, you may cancel your membership at any time. This will automatically remove you from the AMGC mailing list and other membership benefits.

If you no longer wish to be a subscriber to the AMGC mailing list you can terminate your subscription by using the unsubscribe facility on the AMGC Website, or by emailing your request to [email protected].


6 Exclusion of Warranties and Limitation of Liability.
