4 Personal Information.
If you do not wish to be an AMGC member, you may cancel your membership at any time. This will automatically remove you from the AMGC mailing list and other membership benefits.
If you no longer wish to be a subscriber to the AMGC mailing list you can terminate your subscription by using the unsubscribe facility on the AMGC Website, or by emailing your request to email@example.com.
6 Exclusion of Warranties and Limitation of Liability.
To the extent permitted by law, all implied conditions, representations, warranties and other terms are excluded.
AMGC does not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). To the extent permitted by law, AMGC excludes all other rights, remedies, guarantees, conditions and warranties in respect of the Manufacturing Academy website, whether based in statute, common law or otherwise.
AMGC makes no warranty or representation in relation to the availability of the Manufacturing Academy website or any linked website, and cannot guarantee that the Manufacturing Academy website or any third party website linked to the Manufacturing Academy website will be free from viruses.
